DREAMLAND GOLF COURSE – Baku (Az)

The idea of the project for Dreamland’s landscape stems from the desire to separate the houses from each other preserving the initial unitary project and realizing small private oasis characterized by different types depending on where they were supposed to be in the masterplan, in order to satisfy the numerous needs of customers, international and native, that are going to invest in this realization. Following this philosophy  6 different types of houses have been designed which could integrate better with each other: houses with a garden protected by a green backdrop to the garden of flavors and smells inspired by the Italian countryside. The project’s landscape embraces a large range of options allowing to customize not only their homes but also what is around, creating a personal oasis of relax or fun that can be a model according to the tastes and needs of each one. In addition some trees at regular intervals have been placed in order to hide the houses and to guarantee the privacy of the inhabitants. Each of these interventions deeply characterizes the environment in which going, shaping the landscape and creating a diversity of views and different sights that makes the landscape of Dreamland always a discovery.
